Experience producing technical reports in pavement design and rehabilitation, with an emphasis on client-facing reports to address concerns and/or alternative concepts. Knowledge of non-destructive pavement investigation methods and data analysis, including falling-weight deflectometer (FWD) testing, ground-penetrating radar (GPR) testing, pavement condition surveys, and laser profilometer testing. Proficiency with day-to-day project productivity software, including Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on Word and Excel). Preferred software proficiencies include experience with pavement-specific applications (e.g., ProVAL, PAVER, and software for FWD/GPR analysis,) and GIS mapping tools (e.g., ArcGIS).
