Purpose To provide leadership, management and accountability for the development of effective maintenance plans for SMUDs transmission and distribution systems.  To assume beginning to end governing process management for the transmission and distribution systems asset management process from engineering analysis of system maintenance needs to recommendation of system maintenance and capital replacement investments that fit within the overall strategic objectives of SMUDAssists in the development, implementation and managing of department goals, objectives, policies and priorities in
