Job Overview Directs and manages professional engineering and technical staff of approximately 10-15. Additionally, responsible for 10-15 consultant project managers. Directs the Capital Design Services team to deliver approved Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects of over $100 million per year. Manages and is responsible for all design and preliminary phases of the Transportation and Stormwater CIP projects.
