Manager, Office of Wetlands and Stream Protection
The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Manager, Office of Wetlands and Stream Protection. This position plans, administers, organizes, and manages the Office of Wetlands and Water Protection by providing policy and technical support in order to ensure statewide program consistency. This position also manages resources, provides technical expertise, guidance and program management to multiple programmatic areas; and establishes and maintains regulations, policies, and procedures. The Manager, Office of Wetlands and Stream Protection also seeks and administers grants to support programs; and evaluates program activities to ensure regulatory compliance with the State Water Control Law and other State and Federal laws and regulations
