At the City of Plano, our values make us who we are and guide us as we SERVE our city.  As members of Team Plano, our organizational Values (what is most important to us) make up the acronym, SERVE (Stewardship Engaged Respectful Visionary Excellence).  Dependent upon the qualifications, the successful candidate may be offered a position in either the Engineer (PE) or Senior Engineer classification. The salary range for the Engineer (PE) is $78,858 - $114,331 annually and the salary range for the Senior Engineer is $91,270 - $132,351 annually.  (Both job descriptions are detailed below.)
