The Quality Specialist will be responsible to control nonconforming product including containment, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions, and the validation of these actions for effectiveness.  The Quality Specialist shall participate in Continuous Improvement activities to standardize processes, reduce process variation, improve manufacturing yields and reduce Customer complaints at the Newport, DE manufacturing plant.  To this end, the Quality Specialist shall be expected to:   Isolate and quarantine nonconforming product Conduct Failure Analysis/Defect Characterization in order to understand the failure mode of the product and/or process Perform Root Cause Analysis Identify Corrective and Preventive Actions which will pr
